I bought NBA Live 06 today. I was playing it when I got home, and I would have to say that it is 10x better than 05. It feels so realistic. Like there are different dunks for the big men. Different ones for the High Flyers. And there is a whole lot of different shots. Fade aways, running shots, and the classic jump shot, to name a few.
And you can even dunk on guys. Well it might not quite be, but the angle that they show you looks like you are. Like I was playing as the Phoenix Suns and I was facing the New Jersey Nets, and I went in and dunked on Cliff Robinson with Shawn Marion. Also, dunks aren't fake looking. Like you won't just like fly to the rim, if you're a big man, while you are standing, and dunk it. It's gotta be running, or right under the rim, like Shaq and Amare do.
The blocking is pretty sweet to. You can choose different kinds of blocks, like a running block, which is kind of a leap forwards with your hands up. And the other kind is the swat. I don't think I need to explain that.
Get it, you won't be dissapointed.
