1. Create a new image 400x400 with a transparent background 2. Fill “Layer 1” with black 3. Create a new layer and call it “Stripes 1” 4. Change the foreground color to Red (#FF0000) 5. Pick the Gradient tool and use the following settings: 6. On the layer “Stripes 1” make two random gradients like below. Do not make them too thick. 7. Click on your foreground color square and add “50” to the “Hue” (ie. 0 -> 50, 50->100) 8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until the Hue is 350 9. Create a new layer above layer “Stripes 1” and name it “Stripes 2” 10. Reset the foreground color to Red (#FF0000) and repeat steps 6, 7, and 8. 11. Change the blending mode of layer “stripes 2” to “Difference” You should have something similar to the image below 12. Go Layer > Merge Visible or press Shift-Ctrl-E 13. Go Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation and use the following settings: 14. Go Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap and use the following settings: 15. Duplicate the layer and change the blending mode to “overlay.”
