What I don't understand is why everyone makes a big deal about staff spots... What's wrong with being a regular member, I mean, seriously. A title's only a title. I personally think the fewer staff the better. I mean, you obviously need enough staff, but, I mean, seriously, how much do you staff members do for the board itself aside from Asad who owns it.
(BTW.. Sorry if this makes me sound like an ass, but, that's how I feel)

Nop i completely understand, when theres more staff it feel more strict and youy feel like you have top follow every single rule perefectly or youll have 3 admins jumpin ur ass. I see what ya mean.

Well, that, and like, as you can see, it turns into a huge competition about who's gonna be the next staff member and why they should be and such. I mean, sure, they have the right to make their case and all, and people should say who they think is best suited and all, but.. I just think it can get out of hand with a lot of staff.

im gonna put a stop to this NO xd does not need any new staff ok we have all the staff here we need and like we have said right from the beginning if we need staff we will appoint staff and we will appoint who ever we think fits the bill and who ever is the most deserving if that is you then congratulations if not then better luck next time. everyone is being watched so we wont miss you out so just sit tight we will inform you if any changes are made no can we close this matter?
