Can someone tell me how to raise the overall for players in regular mode? +1 karma for he person who can explain it and it works.

You mean when your not doing dynasty or whatever.
You go to team managment and then you go to create player and you go to edit player and then you go to which ever team and select the player and then you gg to information when your editing the player and then you go to the side by pressing L1 and upgrade whatever.
